Review of House of Flying Daggers (2004) by Robert C — 15 Jan 2009
Every now and then I feel a bit dull watching the same repetitive formulaic films, and I start to consider that cinema is a limited medium. Then I watch films, like HOUSE OF FLYING DAGGERS, and realize that films can be beautiful, intense, and immersive, making me believe that a film can possibly transcend its 2-dimensional confinements.
