The highlights are the beautiful cinematography, including vivid use of colors, and well choreographed martial-arts sequences. The acting also gets a nod for being high quality - I always enjoy Zhang Ziyi.
The story is a bit of a stretch for me; the plan worked too perfectly (except for the love story that grew out of it). I found it overlong and more stylish than truly enjoyable. The high points outweigh my quibbles, making it worth your time.
