From the director of the outstanding Hero, comes yet another outstanding martial arts epic that is plentiful in drama, superb action scenes, stellar acting, and thoughtful storytelling about love and inner turmoil.
It's a stunning film that was engaging both in storytelling, but also in thrilling fight scenes which are beautifully executed like an elegant dance. It's an elegant, classy, and wonderful martial arts flick that is well worth seeing if you enjoyed Hero or Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon.
