I like rob zombies work in this. He's a fan of the genre first & foremost so he knows what's gonna creep people out. Well mission accomplished cause I remember having a few nightmares from watching this.

It's like texas chainsaw dipped in embalming fluid. The character of Otis is so goddamn terrifying cause he has no remorse for anything he does and he does it with a smile on his face and seems to have a reason for what he's doing.

As if a sane person would understand. I don't know, very unsettling.
