Review of House of 1000 Corpses (2003) by Diogo S — 22 Apr 2011
Really, what I am about to say is sick and disturbing, so it should match this movie just fine. This is not a movie, its a fetish. A fetish that crawled out of the inner caverns of the human mind were our darkest secrets are kept, along with Ann Coulter.
Unlike most horror fliks This film gives you no illusion of the victims ever escapeing, instead it keeps you drawn in by the incredibly sick immegry, and the morbid curiosity to see what will happen next.
Also, the question "who read this script and said ok lets make this movie" comes up as mutch as sick perversions do. Really your either in on the sick joke, or your not. I was for about half the film, and now even seeing a box of agatha Crispies brings back terrible memories.
