"House of 100 Corpses" is just 88 minutes of unnecessary violence with essentially no story or direction other than an overload of slasher cliches. Still, it was fun for what it did offer. Unfortunately, that isn't saying all too much.
Blood and gore rarely make up for the lack of everything else, and this film is no exception.
