Review of House of 1000 Corpses (2003) by Lyndsey K — 27 Jan 2010
One of the two most disturbing movies I've ever seen, yet I can't even say it's one of the ten worst. Not sure how a movie can pull off the sadistic dismemberment of a college student into a half-human/half-fish table mount, but it flowed quite well (pardon the pun).
Something about the "wrong-turn-onto-a-secluded-backcountry-road" genre has always intrigued me.
Not so much anymore.
