Review of House of 1000 Corpses (2003) by Joel C — 17 Apr 2013
I'm baffled as to how this has such poor reviews. Yes, it's fucked up, but if you like Texas Chainsaw Massacre, odds are you like this, and I KNOW more than 17% of these critics like TCM. Obviously not as great as TCM, but it's a fun gross-out horror film with ridiculous characters that doesn't take itself too seriously nor become torture porn.
A good one for Halloween.
