Review of Hours (2013) by Brandon P — 18 Dec 2013
Man this movie pulls you through the wringer, showing the best and worst in people when society collapses. Paul Walker plays Nolan Hayes, a man who must keep his newborn daughter alive during Hurricane Katrina. If that's not enough she was born premie and he has to use a hand cranked generator to keep her respirator going. Throw in the fact that the respirator has a crappy battery that only stays charged 3 minutes at a time, and you get a gist of what he is in for.
I can say this honestly, and not just because he died, that Paul Walker is at his best here. This is his best movie since running scared, and might top that one too.
