Review of Hotel Very Welcome (2007) by Simon W — 23 Mar 2008

Although the film is German, it could have been made by other nationals. It is the story of young Europeans that travel to India and to Thailand and go where all the other young Europeans go. It is very funny. At times it looks almost like a documentary, and according to the producer, it started off as one, but made into a finctional movie to make it more interesting.

I recommend this movie mainly to those who can identify with the characters or understand them. An older couple sitting in front of me couldn't and left in the middle of the movie.
