Review of Hotel Transylvania (2012) by Christopher H — 24 May 2014

While I applaud Sandler for trying something different then just another standard gross out comedy, this movie bothered me simply for how safe the creators (which is tough for me to say, because Genndy Tartakovsky is an idol to me), relying more on the animations of the past and attempting to re-invent the wheel then giving the film its own identity.

Pretty visuals, but it takes more then that to win me over.
