Review of Hotel Rwanda (2004) by ~ Supergirl ~ — 16 Jan 2010
I know that most people don't want to see this kind of movies because they don't want to know that so many bad things happen, but avoiding the truth's a mistake...
This is who we are...people...humanity...so overrated...we SHOULD see historical movies...we should remember those who died, those who risked their lives to do the right thing, and those who became beasts and murderers...
We should always remember this...and we should realise that atrocities like that must not happen again...we should care and think more..
This movie tells the story of paul rusesabagina a simple man who became a hero during the Rwandan genocide because he chose to risk his life to help others...
The entire movie is an example of the two extremities humans can reach...beasts vs saviors...kindness vs hatred...
