Review of Hotel Rwanda (2004) by Bryan D — 07 Jun 2012
Terry George masterfully tells the horrific tale of the Rwanda genocide, as told though the eyes of Paul Rusesabagina (Don Cheadle). The script, the editing, the music, the acting and the direction are all top notch, making for one intense and powerful drama.
I saw this movie in theaters, and was so moved, that I just sat in my seat, even after the credits had finished playing. "HOTEL RWANDA" is that powerful. I highly suggest this film not for the entertainment value, but for the important lessons it has to teach us about good and evil.
