Certainly this is an important story, but in terms of being a good movie, it's marginal for me. I just didn't feel the stakes emotionally. And the acting felt a bit too forced at times. The cinematography was too brightly lit and that may have been part of the problem.
The movie just didn't feel cinematic enough. It felt more like a soap opera or a documentary. Don Cheadle gives a decent performance, but not Oscar caliber in my opinion.
