Review of Hotel Rwanda (2004) by Sandra D — 23 Nov 2010
"When the world closed its eyes, he opened his arms".
This is a tragic and authentic movie about the terrible condition of the Rwandan people ten years ago. Millions of people were brutally killed just because of their origins. An ordinary man decides to help these people by hiding them in his hotel and he runs huge risks by doing so. Don Cheadle was amazing in his part, it all seemed so real and so horrific. This movie shows the message of how cruel and wrong mankind can be. This is a fantastic movie.
