Hotel Rwanda is a haunting, but compelling film that features an exceptional performance from Don Cheadle as Paul Rusesabagina. I was way too young to actually remember that occurred at that time in real life.However, the story is very engrossing and even if you don't recall it like I do, it's still a heart-wrenching tale about how one man had to make a stand when the rest of the world looked away. Featuring strong performances, a brilliantly executed storyline, and the fact that it's very inspirational make this one of the best films of 2004 if not the absolute best.
