Review of Hotel Artemis (2018) by Adam W — 20 Jul 2018
A film with so much potential but it felt like it didn't quite reach it. A few side stories were thrown in, some in the way of flashbacks, all of which felt like they were then only loosely attached to the main story.
Would have like to have seen more of Charlie Days, Dave Batistas and Sofia Boutellas characters. I was expected a bit more in the way of action scenes but when there is action it doesn't disappoint.
Especially a fight scene involving Sofia Boutella which was excellent.
