Same juvenile, sexual, gross humour, same titular premise. The first one had a conclusive ending, leaving no need for a sequel, and it wasn't that good in the first place. It was one of those movies you might watch on a Sunday afternoon when you've nothing better to do, mildly entertaining.
This is the kind of film you might watch if... honestly, I'm at a loss. Don't bother with it.
