When we all got a little tired of Will Ferrell's attempt at sports-related comedy, Samberg and co were on hand to inject some fresh silliness into an old script meant for Ferrell and create the 80 minute sketch that is Hot Rod.
Unencumbered by any real plot development or tension, the guys (and gals) here just let at the camera with every silly high school-level joke and sight gag they could think of. It works, and Hot Rod is a great trip if you're down for some nonsensical laughs.
