Hot Rod is absolutely hilarious! I mean flat out funny every single second. Yes, it's stupid, but it's pretty funny. Andy Samberg is a comedic genius, probably the next Will Ferell. SNLand the Lonely Island has made a career for this absolutely hilarious man.
Not to mention hilarious ensemble performances from Jorma Taccone and Isla Fisher. One of the funniest movies I've ever seen; probably third or second.
