With a slightly different cast, different jokes, different premise, different director, different segues, and different title, this has the potential to be a good movie.
All said and done, I despised it. The only worthy parts of the movie are the parts that leave you wondering, "...Wha...what the...what the hell??" I almost fell asleep halfway through. A lot of the comedy was forced, and I felt like I was watching Will Ferrell's underlings perform an homage to the hit-or-miss comedian.
And over-acted SNL cameos get extremely tiring.
It could have been much, much better.
