Review of Hostiles (2017) by Teddy F — 11 Feb 2018

Christian Bale was superb in this slow burn movie. The ending was capped off an introspective journey where you witness the complex relationship between Indians and Westward Americans. Fictionalized enough to keep viewers captivated, Hostiles serves up a slice of history with enough character development and action sequences to keep you awake throughout the movie.

My only disappointment may be the lack of sympathy shown to the "savages" who are described as mental.
