"Torture porn" without the gore making an appearance until almost half-way through. The first two were about American cultural imperialism and economic hedgemony, this one loses out big time by being about nothing.
Contains a couple of interesting twists (barely) but never manages to conceal what it is - a low-budget cash-in on an established name.
