Review of Hostel: Part II (2007) by Mark S — 05 Feb 2011

I don't know how, exactly, to star this film. It's a problem I run into when I watch torture porn. If you like watching a lot of violent and gruesome stuff happen to human bodies, and if you like watching people react to horribly pain and suffering, then Hostel 2 is probably something you'll enjoy.

I have to say that the ending kind of interested me, although it held a greater critical fascination for me when I read it on Wikipedia as a synopsis instead of actually watching the film. Of course, that kind of viewership won't sate you as a torture fan.

My recommendation? Look up the screencaps online and play the sound of nails-on-a-chalkboard on an endless loop while blinking rapidly. There! You've seen Hostel 2!
