You know why I like this movie? Because I can tell that nothing was lost in translation between Eli Roth's mind and what I see on the screen. I felt every emotion that I was supposed to feel, just as intensely as I was supposed to feel it, and I loved every goddamned minute of it.
Is it a masterpiece of modern cinema? Hell no. But I don't care.
