My expectations weren't very high for this movie, but I was still pleasantly surprised. The movie is mostly the same as the first part, but with a few new additions. This time, the movie doesn't only follow the girls who get kidnapped, but also the 'villains'.

That way we get more story from the side of the Bloodhound club, which we didn't get much of in the first part. This addition is both good and bad. Sure, we get a lot more information about the club, but we also get a lot more information about the club.

Not knowing what the club's about and not knowing the motivation behind the villains was way creepier in the first part. Anyways, the movie follows 3 girls who on the train to Prague get their minds changed by a girl they met, and they go to Slovakia instead of Prague.

You can immediately tell the girl who told them about Slovakia is a 'villain'. So, upon getting to Slovakia, they check in the same hostel as the guys from the first part. Everything's still the same, even the receptionist.

The rest of the story I don't think I need to explain. But, we also follow 2 friends who 'bought' the girls to do stuff to them. They're seemingly two very different persons. One being a complete psycho who is very excited about torturing the girl he bought, and the other being the total opposite.

The ending, I didn't really like that much, though I will say that the ending torture sequence was seriously messed up and intense. The acting was okay, nothing out of the ordinary. I really loved the atmosphere of the movie.

Especially when the girls get to Slovakia and we see all kinds of foreshadowing. For example, upon getting into the hostel, one of the girls sees a couple on their bed laughing and taking a picture. The very same day, but at nighttime, she sees two people in suits cleaning up the room, but the couple is gone.

I always love it when something like that is done in a movie. All in all, an okay horror/torture-porn movie that needs work on the story, but delivers when it comes to gore. I would recommend to fans of Hostel and similiar movies.
