Review of Horse Feathers (1932) by Andy G — 10 Sep 2007
To quote a friend of mine, "I had no idea the Marx Brothers were so funny!" Despite being 75 years old, this movie got laughs out of my 30s film class and I all the way through. The three main brothers are hilarious, though Harpo's unspoken zaniness and talent (I wish I could play the harp.
..) were probably my fave. Aside from some editing room problems (which occurs with a lot of oldies), there's not a whole lot not to like. A fantastic, old school comedy musical.
