Trippy and atmospheric, but the story is so poorly constructed, I understand that Tomaselli was trying to make it nightmarish and dreamlike, but it just didn't work. So it ended up being a bunch of incoherent montage of "nightmarish" images.
The minimal budget doesn't help either.
