Clearly I was doing trashy saturday matinees given the heat (and excessive brunching earlier in the day). Farrell is almost unrecognisable as the tool boss in the story and Spacey and Aniston do horrible bosses with aplomb.
The cast seem to have had fun making the movie. Jamie Foxx's advice to the hapless trio of employees was a highlight.
