If this was all about Colin Farrell's hilariously spiteful douchebag boss then this would have been a 4 star movie easily. Like Len Grossman, he's a character that steals every scene and all the time without him in it suffers by comparison.
Not to say that the rest is bad, its actually pretty good, but it just could have been great!
