Review of Horrible Bosses (2011) by James W — 31 Oct 2013
With top performances from a brilliant and ultimately hilarious cast, Horrible Bosses is a must see. It's not everyday you get to see Kevin Spacey, Jennifer Aniston, Colin Farrell and Jamie Foxx playing outrageous and raunchy roles all in one movie.
Nick, Dale and Kurt are having a nightmare of a time at work under the watch of their tormenting bosses, Nick's boss is twisted and cunning powerhouse, Dale's boss is a maneater desperate to get in the way of his marriage and Kurt's pothead boss is running his company into jeopardy.
Every single boss is as funny as the next, there's consistent laughs between each storyline and each boss is truly horrible in some way. It's easy to say that the actors playing the bosses must've had the most fun.
Jason Bateman, Charlie Day & Jason Sudeikis are a class trio, all equally as funny when dealing with their bosses, but my favourite is Bobby Pellett played by Colin Farrell who truly makes his character hurrendous.
I'd recommend this comedy highly and Jamie Foxx is quality as "Dean Mother-fucker Jones".
