I thought that the first film was pretty good. This one isn't. I'd go as far as to say it should not have been made because is it that much worse than the original, and it contains the same cast.
It is just lacking the amount of laughs that the original had. If you didn't compare it, then it would probably come across better but I can't help it with sequels.
