Radcliffe did well in the role of Ig, but the rest of the cast let him down. The direction was poor, the editing shocking, and it was so far removed from the book it may as well have been called something different.
No tension, no horror, no feelings for any of the characters due to their lack of backstory How this film managed to last almost two hours is beyond me.
