So, horns grow on your head, and now you have the power that whomever you talk to, they would tell their deepest, darkest secrets right in your face, would you consider it a blessing or a curse? Horns is a sweet, funny yet tragic thrilhorcom (I made that up) that's inconsistent in pace but pulls through with everything it's got, boosted by great acting on Daniel Radcliffe's end.
