Review of Horns (2013) by Matt A — 22 Sep 2015
It takes a while to get into it his film but when you fully embrace the madness of it you might enjoy it. Daniel Radcliffe plays, possible, falsely accused rapist and murderer of his childhood sweetheart that gains a pair of horns and with these horns everyone he meets reveals their twisted fantasies to him, so he uses it to his benefit.
the tone is slightly uneven ranging from comedy, thriller, horror and drama, it can be a little jarring but its a different take on a murder mystery and Daniel Radcliffe is on fine form, he's definitely blossoming into a rather good actor and not pigeonholing himself into one genre of film.
My only complaint with this is that it could've done with about 10 minutes edited out. Good film though.
