I liked it. I waited to read the book first. Daniel Radcliffe is great and it's nice to see him in something so different. Yes, the book is better as you have more time to get into everyone's backstory and understand their motivation.
It's a supernatural murder love story... It's a little all over the place but it's not different from the book.
