I recall this being one of the first movies I watched on HBO in August of 1981, and it still ranks as one of my favorite sleeper films. Walter Matthau plays a disgruntled ex-CIA agent that leads his former co-workers on a chase across the world.
Good film if you think the government is run by a bunch of idiots.
