Meryl Streep and Tommy Lee Jones excel in this drama/comedy. If they had not been cast as the unsatisfied married couple, the movie would have been mediocre at best. Steve Carell was also great as the intensive therapy specialist.
Funny and heartfelt, Hope Springs is a great escape from the action packed movies that have filled this summer's agenda.
