Aren't all marriages like this, like it was in the beginning of the movie? People get bored. People don't make efforts to impress and please the other. Everything is taken for granted. Men get the most out if it.
It's sad. It's reality. If man only put a little more thought and effort into it, his woman would certainly be happier and more responsive. I think it is the sad truth⦠the ending is a fantasy.
