Review of Hope Floats (1998) by Rebecca P — 21 Mar 2010
I watch it every time it's on cable. I thought Sandra Bullock's performance was very good and realistic. Poor woman will be falling apart in real life too. Mae Whitman's performance was perfect.
Harry Connick Jr basically played himself and was generally charming. The funeral of her Mother really spoke to the ending of part of her life, and the beginning of another. Sometimes life hits you from all angles.
