Review of Hope Floats (1998) by Toffee C — 28 Nov 2009
This film remains one of my favorites of all time. How wonderful to see Michael Pare back in a decent flick, even if he played a total jackass. The chemistry between Bullock and Connick is off the charts while the casting of Gena Rowlands was genius.
Top it all off with a great story and a fantastic soundtrack and you've got a great movie that I continue to come back to often, over 10 years later.
