Review of Hope and Glory (1987) by Philip D — 31 Mar 2008
Seems largely forgotten now but thouroughly entertaining tale of child growing up in london during the blitz and joining gang that play amongst the bomb sites .the film has a very authentic feel to it and feels like you are back in the forties good direction and a great cast too perfect for a sunday afternoon though watch out for a couple of strong swear words but all done in good taste.
