Though the film's message was noteworthy, the film's cast was not as believable as I hope they would be. It is obvious none of the young actors in the film have had any training in acting, and I could barely stand any them in this film.

I think out of the three young actors in the film, the worst actor has to be the blond, fake tan actor. He was so awful, and did not convince me at all with saving any of the owls. Wasn't sure if the film's screenplay just suck, or the actor really couldn't even act.

The other two actors were more believable, but only to an extent. The film's introduction was alright, nothing to rave about, and somehow, the film gradually got less interesting toward the second half.

I even had to forward the film to the ending. Honestly, skipping more than thirty-minutes of the film did not derailed the story and plot at all. I even fully understand what was happening, because most of the film's plots were so predictable.

Not sure if this was targeted for only-family viewings, or grade school children, but I am choosing the latter. I would never show this to any of my family members. In all honesty, there are better offerings that are targeted for family viewings and have the same message: saving the owls, or even helping the environment, ie: "Ferngully.

" Overall, the film could have been more, but then again, my expectations weren't even that high. If you're interesting in this film, then by all means, watch it. But other than that, best if you pass on this film.
