Review of Hoop Dreams (1994) by Dan S — 14 Mar 2012
Despite being 3 hours long this film never gets dry, and doesn't lose itself in unimportant details. It's a great documentary that brings forth a lot of ethical issues, such as the exploitation of the players on behalf of the coaches and schools.
It's on TV every once in awhile, I highly recommend watching it if you get the chance.
