Likely the best documentary of it's kind. Enthralling and about so much more than basketball, it is hard to beleive that Hoop Dreams is as successful as it is considering the immense scope of the project.
There isnt much more than hasnt been said about this movie. If you dont think it's for you because of it's "subject" then you are robbing yourself of a powerful movie.
