Review of Hoop Dreams (1994) by Miranda P — 02 Aug 2009
This was a good documentary. It was also three hours long. I am unconvinced that it had to be three hours long, but there you go. Anyway, worth watching if you're at all interested in sports. It's pretty fascinating to see the plight of many African-American athletes, especially considering their entire future well being is tied directly to their ability to play sports.
