Another wonderful ensemble piece from one of the genre's masters: US independent cinema king John Sayles. And an opportunity to realise that Danny Glover is so much more than Mel Gibson's straight man.
Not necessarily perfect and with its fair share of cliches, but so wonderfully crafted with a wonderful sense of time and place that it's almost impossible not to get drawn in. Just enjoy...
