Unsettling yet predictable. And it's more grotesque than scary, so even though the construction of the atmosphere is good, it's functional because it keeps you immersed in the story, but's not enough to make you feel uneasy about the situation.
I admit it kept me interested, but it also didn't do anything remarkable. So I recommend low expectations.
