Review of Honey, I Blew Up the Kid (1992) by John P — 29 May 2008
I barely remember this movie, probably because I owned the other two and not this one. Anyway, the Szalinski family inexplicably moves to Las Vegas or some place so Rick Moranis doesn't have to be bothered. I dunno. He blows his kid or something.
.... This is five minutes later. I forgot to write the word "up", and upon reading my foul sentence, I proceeded to scream laughter. I digress.
Anyway, the giant toddler proceeds to trample Las Vegas, where we are treated to many outdated jokes about the city circa 1992. Oh, and there's a subplot about the older son trying to both save his brother AND get his D wet with that chick from Felicity (or you could say she's the one whose brain explodes in Mission: Impossible 3. You pick.).
Anyway, it's sort of stupid, and clearly not as good as the original. But whatever. It's fun. I just want the playpen that fucking kid had.
