It's more a therapeutic prescription than a film, but that certainly doesn't mean outsiders can't feel its emotional power. Kudos to LaBeouf's screenplay and acting to doubly tackle his trauma headfirst into a well made film with the help of the rest of the cast and Alma Har'el's direction.
